the location of the hotel was decent and close to some good restaurants and bars. the room had a comfortable bed and decent air conditioning, but the bathroom was a bit outdated.
The owner of the hotel was extremely unprofessional and made the checking in process very difficult due to incorrect information about taxes.

During New Year's, this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations with their excellent service and polite staff. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the location was perfect as it was near the main attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was offered.
The experience was slightly dampened by the rude behavior of some of the management staff. They were unprofessional and unaccommodating, which made our stay slightly uncomfortable.
